You’re The Man (Derogatory): My Favorite Anti-Establishment Movies

Hello, Movie Mavens! Welcome back to the B Movies Blog. Today, we’re popping some of my favorite anti-establishment movies into the ol’ VCR. 

I’ve lived in my city for 16 years, and I’ve seen a lot of good places shutter their windows. 

Hell, I’ve worked at and tried to save several of them. 

And right now, some changes are happening at a place I love, and they’re making me feel some type of way. 

That’s why the theme of this week is, “Damn the man!” 

And today, I’d like to share with you some of my favorite anti-establishment movies. 

At risk of sounding like I’m just going through a phase, I’ve curated some of my favorite movies that make you want to throw a rooftop concert to try to save your beloved record shop, if you catch my drift. 

See? I wasn’t kidding when I told all of you that this week had a very specific feel.
