Dance The Plot Away: Some Of My Favorite Spontaenous Dance Numbers In Movies

Hello, Movie Mavens! Welcome back to the B Movies Blog. Today, we’re popping some of my favorite random dance scenes into the ol’ VCR.

I have to give credit where credit’s due. 

Olive Penderghast really nailed it in Easy A when she talked about the beauty of random dance scenes in movies. 

You really don’t see it anymore, and it hurts my heart a little. 

That’s why, today, I’ve assembled five of my favorite spontaneous dance scenes from movies. 

And, of course, we have a disclaimer. 

These movies are all 20+ years old (WOOF), and one is also Clerks II, so, obviously, there are things throughout these that didn’t age well. 

Please keep that in mind before rewatching any of these.
