Hello, Movie Mavens! Welcome back to the B Movies Blog. Today, we’re popping some of my favorite bridal/wedding movies into the ol’ VCR.

Well friends, love is officially in the air. 

We’re only one week away from one of my favorite holidays, and I have a hot date with sushi and the series finale of Cobra Kai already lined up. 

I digress.

I know we’re talking about bridal/wedding movies today, but I want to start with a little anecdote. 

Growing up, KP made all the holidays special, including Valentine’s Day. 

Now, I do want to be clear about something. 

My mother never pressured my sister or me to get married and never presented Valentine’s Day as a solely romantic holiday. 

And that’s why I love Valentine’s Day so much. 

To me, Valentine’s Day is a day of love—be it romantic, platonic, or self. 

You don’t have to be in a relationship to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and I’ve only had one date on Valentine’s Day in my entire life. 

I just wanted to clarify my feelings about V-Day because we’re talking about bridal/wedding movies, and I don’t want y’all to get the wrong idea. 

Additionally, I know that a couple of these movies are probably more bridal/wedding-adjacent, but a wedding provides the setting, so we’re rolling with it.
